Job Description Summary The Quality Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for the Quality Assurance Program and ISO 9001:2008/AS9100 Quality System, to include but not limited to: • Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive internal audit reports. • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for department personnel. • Create and distribute meeting agendas and record meeting minutes. • Order supplies for the department. • Create and develop visual presentations for in/out audit briefings. • Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. • Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system for audit records and training records. • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
