Job Description Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for providing sourcing recommendations to company leaders and recruiting for Independent Contractor (IC) and Employee personnel, to include sourcing and screening applicants, referring qualified applicants to hiring authorities, verifying references and negotiating offers. •In cooperation with internal clients and management, develops recruiting strategy to meet contract and manager requirements, including employment advertising campaigns and programs. •Sources, screens, evaluates, and selects candidates to obtain the best candidates. •Meets hiring targets and maintain compliance with established reporting structure. •Develops strong relationships with independent contractor and employee recruiting sources, candidates, and internal customers. Maintains effective communications with each group. •Utilizes resume database to source and track all candidates. •Participates in the recruiting and selection of qualified independent contractor and employee candidates. •Work with internal and external partners and handle direct sourcing to meet contract and manager requirements. •Utilizes knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute various strategies. •Performs other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
Required Education/Experience: •Bachelor‘s degree is required. •Minimum of two (2) years of progressive recruiting experience within a high volume and fast paced environment required. •Four years of U.S. Military experience preferred. •Familiarity with internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology/tools. •Must be able to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, unstructured environment while adhering to strict deadlines and aggressive growth targets. •Must be able to travel to job fairs or other recruiting events. •Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization (including management, peers, team members and customer-base). •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion. •Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process. •Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.If you are interested in this opportunity, please visit our website(www.aviationworldwideservices.com), or apply directly to the following link-https://home.eease.com/recruit/?id=501728Presidential Airways is an EOE – M/F/D/V |
