All you have to do is get on board. Engine Shop Technician Heli-One, a division of CHC is looking for engine technicians to be based in Delta BC. This position aids in the complete overhaul process of all applicable engines:PT6 / CT 58 (similar experience will be considered) Responsibilities: Utilize the instructions of applicable approved manuals used to carry out the tasks assigned Perform tasks required to repair or overhaul units being worked on Use all equipment safely Help maintain all shop tools and equipment in a serviceable state Assist in the instruction of apprentices International travel may be required May perform other duties as assigned br> Position Qualifications & Experience: Completion of initial/update training Completion of Gas turbine course at a recognized vocational school. Example: BCIT OEM or AMO accredited training specific to the above Pratt & Whitney and GE engine models A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience Experience successfully working in a manufacturing environment Self motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality Ability to make excellent decisions and set appropriate priorities Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication Excellent collaborative problem solving skills Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills Please apply ONLINE at www.heli-one.ca to be considered for this position.
