A global aerospace defense contractor located in Mississippi, Stark Aerospace currently
has 2 divisions.
Our Unmanned Aerial Systems division (UAS) is producing the Hunter MQ-5B for the U.S. Army. It has tens of thousands of hours in Afghanistan and Iraq in support of the GWOT. We are currently expanding our UAS flight operations and facilities to meet increased demand in the American market.
The Electro-Optics (EO) division performs assembly on new TAMAM POP (Plug-in Optronic Payloads) 200 and 300 series payloads and performs repairs on these units used on AAI Shadow UAS‘s in Afghanistan and Iraq. These POP&rsquo s are also used on law enforcement helicopters and for other surveillance needs.
Another product of Stark is the Heron MALE UAV. With the Heron‘s 550 lb multi-sensor payload ability, 30,000ft altitude, up to 40+ hours endurance, and over 30,000 flight hours, this UAV has superior reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities.
We are broadening our capabilities through increased U.S. based engineering research support.

Perform a variety of detailed functional and/or operational inspections, checks, and tests for the manufacture, repair, and alteration of aerospace products. Must be knowledgeable of standard aerospace concepts, practices, and procedures in the manufacturing of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies. Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret engineering drawings, process specification, and material specifications for complex manufacturing processes. Works under general guidance only, must possess a degree of creativity and understand what latitude is necessary to perform a variety of tasks.

| Requirements: |
Must be knowledgeable of and be able to work with manufacturing materials, utilize correct manufacturing techniques, and be able to operate a variety of standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices and test equipment. Must be able to utilize drawings and specifications to determine conformance of products dimensionally and by content. Perform first article inspections, receiving inspections, in-progress and final inspections of manufactured, repaired and altered products. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office software. Perform internal compliance audits of other functional units within the company and compose reports concerning the audits. Perform other duties as assigned. |
