Afghanistan Fixed Wing Program Manager Full-time, Exempt Job Location: Moyock, NC
Job Description
Summary The Afghanistan Fixed Wing Program Manager develops, implements, and evaluates program policies, procedures and standards; determines program service levels and enhancements, and also develops and monitors program budgets, to include, but not limited to:
• Interpret and distribute contractual requirements to company Site Managers.
• Work with all company departments to ensure that all customer requirements are achieved accordingly.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and addresses customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Act as the sole focal point for all incoming and outgoing written and verbal communications.
• Manage all travel requirements for all assigned OCONUS personnel.
• Handle all administrative actions for all assigned OCONUS personnel.
• Aid in establishing and maintaining the FAA approved company ground and flight training programs for all assigned OCONUS crewmembers.
• Maintain pilot training and proficiency records, flight schedule reports and all other documents pertaining to their duties and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with the Chief Pilot and the Director of Maintenance to ensure that aircraft and equipment are available for training and directs all training and testing activities of flight crewmembers.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
Required Education/Experience • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. • Minimum 3-5 years of Program Management experience required; aviation experience preferred. • Motivator and influencer with superior customer communication expertise and skills. • Must have working knowledge of MS Office.• Must be a U.S. Citizen.• Must be willing to relocate. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.• Must be able to travel to overseas site locations, up to fifty percent.Licenses/Certifications• FAA Commercial and Instrument Airman’s Certificates – Fixed Wing – Airplane Single/Multi Engine Ratings is required.• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate also required.If you are interested in this opportunity, please visit our website(www.aviationworldwideservices.com), or apply directly to the following link-https://home.eease.com/recruit/?id=510222AAR CORP/AWS is an EOE – M/F/D/VAAR CORP/AWS uses E-Verify for employment verification.
