| Job Desc: | Provide Process Engineering knowledge and /or subject matter expertise utilizing Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Quality Assurance Engineering techniques in support of a Lean Process Challenge Team. | ||
| Requirements: | These individuals must have the knowledge to trouble shoot, diagnose and improve current process yields and/or correct deficiencies for our Manufacturing and sub-assembly shops. They must have the ability to develop, document and implement the processes and re-alignment of existing process in support of the objective set by the Lean Process Challenge Team. Be able to effectively communicate and interface with Production Personnel, Management, Engineering, Quality, Tooling and other company functions in the performance of his/her duties to ensure schedules compliance and ultimately challenge project success. | ||
