IMMEDIATE NEED FOR PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Production Manager will be responsible for aircraft modification and maintenance programs. Responsibilities will include task assignment, overall management functions supporting acquisition, modification, and production activities.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Provide input for and assist in evaluating program events that impact schedule and performance.
Preparing program status reports and data to support comprehensive program management reviews.
Support final delivery and acceptance inspections for modification functions.
Generate management plans and procedures related to functional areas, establishing and maintaining metrics/performance indicators for the acquisition process.
Develop program/project plans, dependencies, and task descriptions for functional organizations to implement the plan.
Track and report technical issues and schedule performance.
Ensure that all materials and manpower are available when needed to preclude work stoppage.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.

| Requirements: |
A&P License required.
10+ years experience in Aviation.
Background in supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, reliability, validation and maintainability of systems and equipment per customer requirements.
Working knowledge of modification/ repair management and integrated logistics support management
Management experience and knowledge of maintenance inspections, modifications, and repairs on all types of aircraft.
Repair station knowledge a plus.
Must have ability to plan and supervise subordinates, plan tasks, assess task requirements, and communicate clearly to other departments.
Experience with Microsoft Office products a must.
