| Job Desc: |
Work as part of Sikorsky Industrial Engineering Team. Provide traditional Industrial Engineering support by performing capacity analysis, tool-rate analyses, methods analysis, ratio-delay studies, labor performance analyses, and cost estimating in support of derivative and new aircraft products.
Additional responsibilities will include development of manpower and skill mix requirements for multi-shift operations to support production schedules. Develop and implement LEAN manufacturing strategies to improve process flow and reduce cost. Utilize LEAN manufacturing tactics such as Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Standard Work and Point-of-Use.

| Requirements: |
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing principles. Familiarity with time study, motion and methods analysis, industrial cost accounting and schedule practices. Should be familiar with Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ProjectMust be able to successfully pass a drug test and background investigation.Education:BA/BS degree w/4–7+ years experience MA/MS degree w/2–5+ years experience |
