Position Description:
Prepares, analyzes and evaluates reports, policy data and procedures. Performs property accounting functions. Provides logistical support to maintenance functions. Performs other logistical functions, as directed.
Competencies:
- A secondary education is desirable.
- Completion of a basic inventory management course.
- Knowledge of base supply policies and procedures, stock and inventory control, accountability and responsibility, and principles of property accounting.
Typical Education / Experience:
- 2 years experience in inventory management.
- Experience should include planning and scheduling of inventory management activities, plus the use of manual or automated system to provide: term and monetary accounting; determination of allowance; fund control; inventory and stock control.
