Job Desc:

Aero Contractors has a position available for an Aviation Electrical Engineering Technician. This individual will be responsible for:

Design, development, and implementation of electrical solutions in support of customer requirements
Supporting a project from the concept phase to completion
Utilize CAD or modeling software to create concept and final installation drawings
Create, manage, and organize project data
Recommend alterations to improve the quality of product development, design, and/or procedures.
Work with vendors to research and acquire new parts or processes
Oversee the electrical interface and installation of products or assemblies to assure that the design criteria are met
Communicate design progress and issues with management, vendors, and/or customers during course project

Requirements

High Scholl Diploma or equivalent.
2 to 3 years related aviation electrical work experience
FAA Airframe and FCC License
Experience using CAD or 3D modeling software
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Preferred:

College or technical school degree in related field
Extensive experience or training in CAD or 3D modeling software
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Computer systems interface and networking skills.
Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally
US Citizenship
