Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking a talented PIDS COORDINATOR for its Chicago office. The position description for this entry-level position is below: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Gather and process aircraft information for all newly enrolled aircraft. 2. Coordinate, schedule and complete Pre-Induction Diagnostic Survey (“PIDS”) inspection process in conjunction with the Technical Services, Client Services and Sales Departments 3. Gather and process aircraft information for all contract transfers and renewals 4. Maintain Technical Library 5. Prepare Exhibit Cs (list of operating and life-limited components covered under the Contract) 6. Update Exhibit Cs 7. Report daily progress on assigned PIDS and follow-up with Technical Services team members to ensure completion and accuracy. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Research service bulletins and airworthiness directives; monthly notification to Technical field staff. 2. Perform research projects as assigned. |
