Our Unmanned Aerial Systems division (UAS) is producing the Hunter MQ-5B for the U.S. Army. It has tens of thousands of hours in Afghanistan and Iraq in support of the GWOT. We are currently expanding our UAS flight operations and facilities to meet increased demand in the American market.

The Electro-Optics (EO) division performs assembly on new TAMAM POP (Plug-in Optronic Payloads) 200 and 300 series payloads and performs repairs on these units used on AAI Shadow UAS‘s in Afghanistan and Iraq. These POP&rsquo s are also used on law enforcement helicopters and for other surveillance needs.

Another product of Stark is the Heron MALE UAV. With the Heron‘s 550 lb multi-sensor payload ability, 30,000ft altitude, up to 40+ hours endurance, and over 30,000 flight hours, this UAV has superior reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities.

Job Desc: Position Overview Responsible for EO Divisional marketing and related services to include business pursuit and capture, direct marketing proposals, marketing contracts, and ongoing customer relations. Leads with customer shaping and campaign plans, and participates in marketing events including trade shows and conferences. This job requires extensive domestic and occasional foreign travel. The Manager of EO Business Development will also participate in proposal preparations, and reviews. Essential Job Functions Identifies and quantifies opportunities that are in alignment with the services and products that Stark Aerospace presents to USG agencies. Identifies and makes customer contacts. Identifies and implements business development projects relative to EO Division products and services. Develops marketing strategies and tactics relative to market opportunity. Helps to shape EO customer requirements. Participates in proposal preparation. Required Education/ Experience/ Skills BS degree or equivalent; Engineering Degree preferred. Minimum of 9+ years of related experience in EO or related sensor systems development, operations, program management and/or business development. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Education/ Experience/ Skills Familiarity with the DOD programming and budgeting process, customer requirements development and acquisition processes. Applicable U.S. MIlitary experience and SCI security clearance. Proposal writing and capture team management.
