A global aerospace defense contractor located in Mississippi, Stark Aerospace currently
has 2 divisions.
Our Unmanned Aerial Systems division (UAS) is producing the Hunter MQ-5B for the U.S. Army. It has tens of thousands of hours in Afghanistan and Iraq in support of the GWOT. We are currently expanding our UAS flight operations and facilities to meet increased demand in the American market.
The Electro-Optics (EO) division performs assembly on new TAMAM POP (Plug-in Optronic Payloads) 200 and 300 series payloads and performs repairs on these units used on AAI Shadow UAS‘s in Afghanistan and Iraq. These POP&rsquo s are also used on law enforcement helicopters and for other surveillance needs.
Another product of Stark is the Heron MALE UAV. With the Heron‘s 550 lb multi-sensor payload ability, 30,000ft altitude, up to 40+ hours endurance, and over 30,000 flight hours, this UAV has superior reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities.
We are broadening our capabilities through increased U.S. based engineering research support.

| Job Desc: |
The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for managing a comprehensive security program that meets all applicable requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Will serve as the company’s primary POC with Defense Security Service (DSS) with respect to our facility clearance, with responsibility for all DSS inspections, required forms, surveys and data requests. FSO will be responsible for managing clearance eligibility for employees and consultants, and coordinating with subcontractors’ security offices on their cleared personnel if they are assigned to one of Stark Aerospace’s classified projects.

| Requirements: |
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; certifications such as ISP and/or CPP are a definite plus. 5+ years in government or industrial security and in-depth knowledge of NISPOM required. Experience with JPAS, ACAVS and e-QIP required. Secret Clearance required. Military of DOD contracting experience with managing a SCI facility or facilities is preferred. Certified FSO, ISSM, and COMSEC Custodian preferred. Information Security experience (IA, accreditations, penetration testing, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Ability to prioritize and work independently and in teams. Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. |
