Job Description : Establishes the Strategic Business Plan as it relates o the overall direction of the Company‘s Quality Engineering, Inspection, Calibration and Quality Records and Document Control departments. Responsible for the day-today operations of the aforementioned departments ensuring the goals and objectives set in the Strategic Business Plan are met. Ensue that the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. Reviews and reports on the performance of the Quality Management System, inclusive of any need for improvement, to executive management. Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. |

| Requirements: | Requirements:
Education: B.S. Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5-10 years of equivalent experience within a manufacturing environment in the aerospace industry in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Must have experience with 9001 or 9100, Six Sigma, and LEAN. Will require you to work with Boeing. |
