Approve labor and man-hour estimates for all check activity § Monitor routine and non-routine work to ensure completion to recognized standards § Approve work invoices before final billing to Company. Work with local vendor to address any irregularities and inaccuracies prior to final billing § Coordinate on-site inspection and materials personnel to support check activity § Prepare for incoming and outgoing aircraft including pre-induction meetings and post-visit reviews § Obtain CASS data and review with check provider to monitor quality of aircraft produced from the location § Confirm all work performed on Company aircraft is accomplished by qualified by qualified, authorized and approved personnel § Accomplish other tasks/duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
§ Hold a Mechanic‘s Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. § Meet requirements of 14 CFR Part 65.83 § Have one year experience in a position responsible for returning aircraft to service § Self starter; ability to multi-task and accomplish goals within deadlines§ Detailed orientedPreferred§ Proven Leadership experience§ Proven ability to lead a high performance team
