§ Management of MRO engine activity for the airline, including budget forecasting, quote and invoice auditing. § 0-30, and 30-90 day engine planning § Management of engine lease programs § Produce weekly flash reporting for division financials § Engine lease invoice tracking as well as sourcing of assets as needed § Optimizing engine repair/overhaul work scopes and engine shop de-peaking, minimize total engine expenses and TAT § Assist in the negotiation and implementation of engine TM and PBH agreements § Manage ECTM program for the airline § Long range engine plan § All other duties assigned by Senior Vice President of Maintenance & Purchasing |

| Requirements: | § Business/Financial Degree with 5 years airline financial experience or 15 years of documented engine and component MRO management experience§ ECTM Management/Knowledge§ Familiarity of the engine lease market/contract/process§ Strong background in engine and component MRO management (3 years)§ A&P License required§ Proficient in All Microsoft software applications§ Able to work in a high stress environment with little or no supervision§ Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management§ Willing to travel in support of responsibilities§ Creative thinker – ability to “think out of the boxPreferred§ Prior Airline experience (7 years) | ||
