Job Desc:

Supervise all work performed by their crew.
Setting up and assigning tasks to personnel.
Matching task requirements to capabilities.
Reviewing hours remaining to determine if sufficient amount of time is authorized for completion of tasks before the Work Scope is issued.
Provides the leadership and corresponding on-the-job training to all A&P Techs needing to improve their techniques.
Participates and adheres to all standard safety practices.

Requirements:

Must have A&P license with 7 to 10 years experience.

5 years experience as a lead required.

3 years recent experience. Narrow body commercial aircraft DC9, MD80, 737 or Airbus 319, 320, 321.
