Duties:

Ensures all tasks assigned are completed in accordance with manufacturer’s manuals or other FAA accepted or approved data

Responsible for interpreting aircraft technical manuals, & electrical drawings

Responsible for movement of aircraft in hangar & on ramp, including operation of tow tractor

Performs other duties as assigned by the assigned supervisor for that location

Requirements:

Hold a Mechanic‘s Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Meets the requirements of 14 CFR Part 65.83.

Familiar with parameters & standards established specifically in Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 43, 65 & 91

Familiar w/ basic inventory management functions

Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work harmoniously with others

Familiar with computer data entry, and other Microsoft windows based programs

Capable of lifting 75lb objects

Able to work any shift to include nights, days weekends and holidays

Willing to travel
