Aero Air, LLC is an established, stable company headquartered in Hillsboro, OR since 1956. Aero seeks a lead mechanic to join our team and lead other skilled mechanics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional troubleshooting ability and experience supporting and maintaining a fleet of Lear 31/35 aircraft in an operational environment, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and be computer literate. A lead mechanic must exhibit strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work with accuracy and attention to detail. You must have the ability to handle large workloads, balance priorities, lead a team and produce timely results.
