Helicopter Engine Repair Overhaul Service, Inc (H.E.R.O.S. Inc) was established in 1988 to give small operators the opportunity to enjoy one-on-one, customized engine repair and overhaul services.

Ever since, H.E.R.O.S. Inc capabilities have grown to extend its services to large fleet operators while still offering one-ship operators the same reliable service they have grown to depend on.

H.E.R.O.S. Inc offers full in-house overhaul capabilities for all C18, C20, C20R and C30 series engines as well as their associated accessories. H.E.R.O.S. Inc also tests all of its accessories in-house, including all series Fuel Controls, PT Governors, Bleed Valves, Anti-Ice Values, Oil Delivery Tubes (overhaul & CEB-A-1351 capabilities) and Fuel Pumps.

H.E.R.O.S. Inc also has its own in-house machine shop with full CNC mill and lathe repair capabilities, custom jig grinding, custom DER repair procedures and automated CMM capabilities (per CSL-1238).

H.E.R.O.S. Inc’s ability to modify, repair and overhaul all aspects of the Rolls Royce 250 series engine in-house allows us to provide the high quality, quick turnaround times and low costs our customers need in order to stay competitive in their own operations.
