Job Description:
·Review
all assigned program-related ECRs, ECOs, and PUEECOs and provide specific
direction to data owners that will prevent process or system issues and to
ensure proper standards and quality are established and maintained.
·Review
all assigned program Engineering Changes (ECs) and Variances in ENOVIA and
provide specific direction to data owners that will prevent process or system
issues and to ensure proper standards and quality are established and
maintained.
·Monitor
the stability and health of the Engineering Bill-of-Material (EBOM) and
Planning Bill-of-Material (PLBOM) for the assigned program and provide feedback
to data owners regarding data issues.
·Analyze
assigned program Functional, Allocated, Initial Product, and Product baselines
in ENOVIA for compliance to industry and organization standards; work with
cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide specific direction to data
owners to ensure compliance.
·Analyze
assigned program Feature/Configuration Item (CI) structure in ENOVIA and their
related data and documentation elements; work with cross-functional teams to
resolve issues and provide specific direction to data owners to ensure
compliance.
·Support
CM reviews and audits, including FCAs/PCAs while adding value by providing
direction before, during and after the events to prevent or resolve issues.
·Provide
specific direction to data owners which prevent or resolve issues for system
Routes for Comment, Review, and Approval affecting product-related
configurations.
·Schedule
and manage activities related to program or product-related change boards (e.g.
Product Change Board (PCB), Configuration Change Board (CCB), etc.) by
providing direction to participants and stakeholders before, during and after
the sessions.
·Establish
and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
(USG, regulatory agencies, partners, OEMs, and suppliers).
·Coordinate
with peers on other programs to ensure alignment.
Job Requirements:
·Clear
understanding of requirements contained in ANSI/EIA-649A, ISO 10007, and
MIL-HDBK-61 and their relationship to documentation.
·Clear
understanding of all roles, tasks, policies and procedures required to execute
the complete change process and configuration management
·Demonstrated
ability to plan work and bring assignments to successful closure.
·Working
knowledge of product-related data that passes between ENOVIA, CAMS, and SAP.
·Basic
understanding of product-related data stored in ENOVIA and how to find it.
·Clear
understanding of procurement-related processes (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
·Excellent
organizational agility with good business acumen.
·Basic
understanding of technical data examples as well as export compliance
methodologies (ITAR and EAR) and associated markings.
·Working
knowledge of change processes for product-related drawings, models, digital
definition.
·Able to
read and understand logic written in process flows.
·BS/MS in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, degree
or equivalent aerospace design experience.
·Aero industry Configuration Management required
·5-10 years experience
