The successful candidate will be part of Finance division.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate listing into Excel and upload onto digital system to trigger email to insured.
• Generate weekly system report to track insured’s enrollment progress and send reminders to insurer to process proposal form.
• Engage internal stakeholders to ensure enrollment process is completed timely for insured and resolve stakeholders’ queries.
• Refine/ update FAQs document with new questions from insured. 
• Liaise with insurer on any queries/ issues with the digital system.
• Processing of claims and ensure adequate follow up with insured to complete submission to insurer.
• Actively and independently follow up with business units and insurer on existing claims to move them towards resolution and closure.
• Update claims status on digital system and Excel.
• Prepare monthly submission notifications to insurer. 
• Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping for insureds’ proposal forms, filing of email, applying passes for visitors, coordinating for monthly and quarterly meeting.

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
