Temporary Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk
Job Summary:The Clerk facilitates the efficient operation of the Finance department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Tie out hours reported in Paycom and Scanco
- Work with Supervisors to get corrections completed daily
- Process Invoices in the SAGE software
- Scan paper files and save files digitally as directed.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned, both physically and digitally.
- Organize paperwork for optimal efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve issues as instructed, present concerns to management.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions or instruction from others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience: - AA Degree in Accounting or related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
- Billing and Accounts Receivable experience would be an asset
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay Range: $20-30/hour
