We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Aviation Maintenance Parts and Delivery Coordinator to join our team at the Anoka County Airport in Blaine, MN. This role is vital in ensuring our fixed-wing and rotor-wing fleets are always ready to serve our communities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The Aviation Maintenance Parts and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and management of aviation maintenance parts and components to Life Link III bases. This includes maintaining inventory, coordinating logistics and supporting the maintenance team to ensure optimal fleet readiness. This position reports to the Aviation Maintenance Parts and Warranty Supervisor and is a key contributor to the overall safety and optimization of our operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Parts Order Processing: Receive, inspect, and process orders for aviation parts; manage returns and exchanges with vendors
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, perform audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation for parts and track transactions to minimize aircraft downtime
- Parts Delivery and Retrieval: Transport and retrieve parts/tools between bases and suppliers
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with maintenance teams, suppliers, and other departments to address shortages, delays, or other issues
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, company policies and safety protocols
