As our ideal candidate,
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience within the aviation industry in parts, maintenance, or invoicing
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills including a working knowledge of aviation vocabulary
- You have Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with sales team, internal customers, peers, management
- You have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
- You have thorough knowledge of invoicing modules in SAP
- You have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
- You have working knowledge of aircraft maintenance and service sales process
- An A&P license would be an asset
