We are rapidly growing our Engineering presence in Poland, building engineering teams to work across all of our commercial products and services. The work will support Boeing’s full suite of commercial aircraft and covers modification work, retrofit, new design and product support. This is critical work to keep us at the forefront of aerospace engineering and innovation.

This position will be based from our Gdansk office with flexibility to work in a hybrid model.

Profile Description
- Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace.
- Assist in the developing, implementing and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials and work instructions / illustrations
- Help develop manufacturing concepts and strategies that support business needs.
- Work with colleagues to review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
- Investigate tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
- Help to investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues.
- Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
- Provide producibility guidance to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
- Record and share processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
- Be inquisitive, pro-actively seek information and assist to complete the work statements.
Position Requirements:
- Appreciation of manufacturing standards and methodologies with 2 years working experience or equivalent higher education
- Curious; proactive approach to learning and development with a passion for aerospace and aviation
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be legally able to work in Poland
