Primary Job Duties
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth office management and administrative support for OCC leadership.
- Facilitate efficient travel logistics for OCC staff.
- Manage internal communications and event planning for the department
Duties
- Perform administrative duties for the Vice President OCC, Director OCC Standards, and OCC Managers.
- Coordinate all business travel including lodging and transportation for OCC personnel.
- Coordinate department events.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies; order and track new items as needed.
- Record official minutes for OCC Safety and other departmental meetings.
- Assist departmental managers with recruitment and hiring.
- Support the OCC Schedule Coordinator with scheduling and payroll tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by OCC leadership.
