What You’ll Do:
Execute recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc). Develop, designs and helps evaluate summer internship programs. Develop short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluate and recommend job postings. Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities.Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Plan and support recruiting events. Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines. Source external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree combined with 6 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
