Job Requirements:
To be considered you MUST meet the following requirements:
- Hold current and valid A&P License (IA preferred but not required)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience on light general aviation piston aircraft (experience greater than 5 years a plus)
- Must have own tools
- Possess ability to fluently read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Previous 135 line maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Previous avionics experience preferred but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen
- Position subject to DOT/FAA drug & alcohol testing program and records check
- Although not typical, work overtime (which could include nights, weekends or holidays) if needed
- Must possess and keep a current, valid driver’s license
- Due to the nature of the job, candidate must be able to bend, stoop, stretch in and around aircraft and shop equipment, have ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (over 50 pounds), and see and hear unimpaired
- Ability to read & interpret aircraft technical repair data
- Must be punctual and dependable with reliable transportation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
