MW Aircraft Services Inc is a part of 145 FAA certified repair station located in Conroe, Texas at the Conroe North Houston Regional Airport. 

We are currently seeking for an experienced General aviation - corporate A & P Mechanic to join our growing company. We are looking for an experienced Technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a variety of airframes including but not limited to Cessna, Citations 500 series, 650 Conquest II King air's, Lear Jet, Bombardier, Piper, Westwind, and many others preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate and private aircraft maintenance manuals 
• Reads and interprets maintenance manual procedures, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams when required
• Troubleshoots and repairs all airframe systems as required (electrical, Hydraulics, engines, Etc.)
• Test operation and repair/adjustments, as required: engines, engine controls and accessories propellers, and controls, landing gear and hydraulic systems, flight controls, and adjusts rigging as required
• Analyzes a variety of mechanical problems and determines the course and best method of repair
• Ensure all documents are signed off, properly and timely in accordance with applicable manuals and FAA regulations

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• A valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificate is required
• 5 years minimum of corporate aviation experience on Cessna, Learjet, Beechcraft King Air, and Bombardier preferred
• Must have Strong communication skills
• Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude to kill
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs, work in the confined spaces and areas that are difficult to access
• Must have own hand tools
