The ideal candidate offers at least 5 years’ experience in a 145 Repair Station performing similar work. Fixed wing experience (Learjet, Citation, Gulfstream, Hawker, Challenger, Falcon) required, helicopter experience strongly preferred. A current A&P license is preferred. A positive approach and strong commitment to teamwork, productivity, and quality is an absolute requirement. We have a tremendous team assembled and you must be able to make a meaningful contribution as both a technician and a team member.
This is predominantly a weekday, first shift schedule. As business demands dictate, overtime will be required, so flexible availability is a must. Some local and overnight travel may be required so a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record is required. This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to stand for long periods of time and maneuver in small spaces, exacting manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
