Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team to support the installation of Starlink systems across an entire fleet. We have multiple openings for technicians to engage in standard maintenance and modifications, particularly focusing on heavy checks and modifications on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Support the Starlink installation project for GoJet fleet.
- Conduct heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
- Install and modify NC power in all first/business class seats.
- Perform WiFi and ADS-B modifications.
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair avionics systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Essential Skills
- Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of avionics systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in installing and modifying avionics and aircraft electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CRJ 700 is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with similar installations or modifications on any airframe is highly valued.
- Ability to operate tablets for reading blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with options for 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Overtime is voluntary and unlimited, keeping safety and quality in mind. Technicians are expected to read blueprints and operate tablets efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
