Responsibilities: Execute all assigned tasks in compliance with company policies, manufacturer manuals, and Federal Air Regulations. Accurately sign off and document all completed work as required by the Repair Station Manual (RSM). Use and maintain both personal and company-provided aircraft tools (standard and metric). Manage and deploy company tools, parts, and materials efficiently. Provide detailed shift handover reports for seamless workflow continuity. Stay current on updated manuals, policies, and conduct regulations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Report any aircraft irregularities or emergencies promptly to the Shop Lead or designee. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and aircraft manuals. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic web-based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong motivation and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Flexibility to work overtime as required. Prior experience or training with company-specific rotary-wing airframes highly preferred. 3–5 years of experience in Avionics/Electrical systems preferred.
