Responsibilities:

• Execute all assigned tasks in compliance with company policies, manufacturer manuals, and Federal Air Regulations.

• Accurately sign off and document all completed work as required by the Repair Station Manual (RSM).

• Use and maintain both personal and company-provided aircraft tools (standard and metric).

• Manage and deploy company tools, parts, and materials efficiently.

• Provide detailed shift handover reports for seamless workflow continuity.

• Stay current on updated manuals, policies, and conduct regulations.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Report any aircraft irregularities or emergencies promptly to the Shop Lead or designee.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and aircraft manuals.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic web-based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong motivation and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

• Prior experience or training with company-specific rotary-wing airframes highly preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in Avionics/Electrical systems preferred.
