Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to install and modify avionics systems in business jets and general aircraft. This role involves planning and inspecting all parts while working closely with schematics, blueprints, and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Install and modify avionics systems in business jets and general aircraft.
- Plan and inspect all parts to ensure compliance with standards.
- Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and instructions.
- Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Essential Skills- 2-3 years of avionics experience.
- Proficiency in electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in general aviation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P certification.
- Pilot license.
- Experience with Garmin, Avidyne, and Bendix King systems.

Work Environment
The work schedule is primarily from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rare weekend shifts. The primary work location is in the shop, with potential opportunities to work at other locations for checks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
