Your Role
* In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will support maintenance operations both on-site and off-site while contributing to continuous improvement and a culture of safety and efficiency. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must have completed Avionics or Electrical Aircraft Technical School, or possess equivalent experience.
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of avionics work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills regarding individual or aircraft status.
* Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory control of tools.
* Must have the ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required.
* Must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
* Must be able to work outdoors in seasonal or inclement weather conditions.
* Must have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, if applicable.
* Must possess required customer certifications for commercial aircraft maintenance.
* Must have a GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certificate.
* Must have experience on a corporate jet or commercial aircraft.
* Must have basic PC skills. Job Duties
* Will perform troubleshooting, repair, inspection, modification, and servicing of aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic systems.
* Will perform maintenance tasks in compliance with Client General Work Requirements, manuals, and regulatory standards.
* Will operate ground support equipment as required.
* Will assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
* Will document all maintenance and inspection work performed.
* Will participate in 5S and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
* Will comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
* Will perform tasks in support of other maintenance disciplines as assigned.
* Will assist with maintenance activities at off-site locations as needed.
* Will perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
