Job Title: Aircraft Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Electrical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in building and assembling wire harnesses. This position involves reading work orders and diagrams, assembling various components, and ensuring the quality and functionality of electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
- Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components built into a wire harness.
- Wrap and tie wires to ensure secure and organized assembly.
- Route wires and adjust routing and breakouts as necessary.
- Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality and safety.
- Complete associated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Shift
- 1st Shift
- 3rd shift: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, starting Sunday night, and Friday from 9:30 PM to 4:30 AM.

Work Environment
You will join a team of 15 employees, working in a collaborative environment. The dress code includes jeans, a work shirt, and closed-toed shoes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
