Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension
Shift: Monday Thursday, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM EST (OT available on weekends)

Summary:
Performs testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic circuit card assemblies and subassemblies following established procedures and standards.
Sets up test apparatus, conducts functional tests, and uses diagnostic tools to evaluate system performance.
Adjusts, calibrates, and repairs components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
Works in a fast-paced production environment to meet customer delivery schedules.
Set up and operate test equipment to perform functional and diagnostic testing of analog, digital, and RF circuits.
Troubleshoot to the component level using schematic diagrams and test instruments.
Adjust, calibrate, and replace parts or components as needed.
Assemble and lay out units based on technical drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve test procedures.
Document maintenance actions using Microsoft Office Suite and data collection programs.
Perform quality checks in line with control procedures and standards.
Requirements:
4+ years of direct experience in electronic testing and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits.
Experience using diagnostic equipment such as:
Digital Multimeters
Oscilloscopes
Network Analyzers
Signal Generators
RF Power Meters
Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
RF testing experience.
Knowledge of radar systems.
Flying probe and high-power testing experience.
Military "backshop" repair and troubleshooting background strongly preferred.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
