Job Title: Electronics Repair Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Repair Technician for a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extension or transition to a direct hire position. The role is within our Power & Electrical division, which encompasses over 50 product lines focused on Power Generation, including GPUs, rectifiers, and transformers. This position involves small part electronic assembly at a bench, with the potential for advancement from working on specific product lines to multiple lines.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair electronic aircraft components according to technical data.
- Perform soldering and utilize various tools.
- Ensure completion of work within Turn-Around-Time (TAT) requirements.
- Conduct scheduled shop audits and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the area.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the shop and facility.
- Maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in manufacturing or fabricating parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Essential Skills
- At least two years of experience in electronic assembly, preferably in the Aerospace industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics.
- Proficiency in soldering.
- Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Avionics background is preferred.
- Experience with avionic systems, electronic circuits, and electronic repair.
- Understanding of project coordination and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with testing software, wiring diagrams, debugging, and printed circuit boards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.80/hr.
