Pay Rate: $27.13 – $33.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

In this role, you’ll perform routine yet essential assembly operations that directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of aircraft systems. Your precision and dedication will help power the next generation of aviation.
What You’ll Do- Perform routine production assembly on structural and mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems and components.
- Interpret and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Apply sealants, install wire bundles, and perform electrical system repairs.
- Operate mechanical lifts and work in confined spaces as needed.
- Identify and escalate production issues and support team performance through cross-training and mentoring.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
- 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly or working with electronic materials.
- 1+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting and wire bundle installation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents in English.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and internet navigation.
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $27.13 to $33.00 per hour
