Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Avionics Technician with an Airframe License and strong Garmin experience. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, and integration of modern avionics systems across multiple aircraft platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly technical, and experienced in Garmin systems and upgrades.
Aircraft We Service:
Our avionics team works across a diverse fleet, including:
- Beechcraft (King Air series, Bonanza, Baron)
- Cessna (Citation jets, 400/500 series, Caravan)
- Learjet (20/30/40/60 series)
- Gulfstream (GIII, GIV, GV series)
- Hawker / Beechjet series
- Dassault Falcon (Falcon 10, 20, 50, 900 series)
- Various turboprops and light-to-midsize business jets
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avionics systems
- Perform Garmin avionics installations and upgrades (including GPS, navigation, communication, and glass cockpit systems)
- Integrate avionics systems with aircraft electrical and structural components
- Diagnose system faults and perform corrective actions
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company quality standards
- Complete accurate documentation of all work performed
- Support inspections and assist maintenance teams as needed
