What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for building, testing, and maintaining advanced helicopter avionics systems. Every day brings variety — from troubleshooting electrical systems to fabricating control panels and integrating Garmin avionics technology.

Perform operational checkouts of avionics and instrument systems

Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components with precision

Fabricate, install, and modify wiring, coax cable, and control panels

Use detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical data to complete installations

Ensure all inspections, maintenance, and documentation meet MDH standards

Accurately document maintenance actions and sign off completed work

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

Occasionally travel (up to 10) to support field operations
What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on avionics experience (1+ year in commercial aviation preferred)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals

Proficiency with digital multimeters, crimping, soldering, and wire harness fabrication

Experience with Garmin avionics programming and related test equipment

Strong attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and commitment to quality

Ability to access Export Control Information
