Lead Avionics Tech: Must be able to perform and train others to troubleshoot, maintain and repair basic aircraft wiring; perform a wide variety of maintenance/basic electrical projects; Work from verbal & written instructions, drawings and equipment manuals, read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Must be able to perform all R&E routine work tasks associate with aircraft A, B, C, and D checks; Must have working knowledge of FAR’s, OHM, Wiring Diagram Manuel, and IPM. Must be able to communicate effectively and have good organizational skills, problem solving attitude and approach. You must have a minimum of 5yrs experience combined with a minimum of 3yrs experience as an avionics tech on 737/737NG/CRJ-ERJ/MD80 and have at least 3yrs aviation maintenance supervisory experience. FAA A&P Certification is required. You must be able to perform the physical demands of the position.
