We are hiring immediately a full-time Scheduler in our Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you can expect to be the go-to expert for coordinating seamless flight operations. You’ll manage everything from scheduling demonstration and training flights to aligning aircraft and crew availability for top-tier customer experiences. Flight Coordination: Receive and process flight requests for demonstrations, transportation, and training, ensuring aircraft and crew availability while optimizing schedules for efficiency
Crew & Customer Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between flight crews, sales teams, and support staff to confirm trip details and coordinate with maintenance and line service for aircraft readiness
Maintenance Scheduling: Monitor maintenance and inspection requirements, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep the flying schedule on track
Special Missions & Logistics: Plan and manage aircraft schedules for air shows, photo missions, and international tours, including coordinating off-site transportation and lodging for personnel
Dispatch & Flight Monitoring: Oversee dispatch and flight following for all company flights, maintaining real-time communication with crews and responding quickly to operational needs or emergencies
Reporting & Compliance: Update flight data, fuel receipts, and trip expenses post-flight, and assist with pilot training schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree required in: Aviation Management, Business or related field
