Essential Job Responsibilities
·Provide guidance, oversight and assistance to all departments of the company in accordance with the goals and objectives of the President and Vice President.
·Assist President and Vice President with daily management of all departments.
·Develop successful proposals for government and commercial contract customers.
·Actively search for contract opportunities, to include attending industry conferences and networking events.
·Maintain currency and qualifications as a pilot in company aircraft operated under Part 135 and/or contract operations.
·Assist with the ongoing administrative needs of the company such as insurance procurement and legal agreements.
·Maintain knowledge of the company’s financial position and provide input on revenue enhancement and cost control activities.
Pay and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package and is eligible for all established corporate benefits including health insurance and paid vacation days. This position is also eligible for a bonus program. Final compensation is dependent on experience and determined by company ownership.

·Experience in contract procurement and proposal development particularly with Department of Defense activities.(Military background is highly desirable.)
·Background and experience in the business aspects of an aviation business, to include a degree in business administration or related field of study.
·Experience leading and managing teams and to meet business operational goals.
·Experience with project management and managing deadlines.
·Airline Transport Pilot and commensurate flight experience;
o Flying in areas of mountainous terrain.
o Single pilot experience.
o 3500 hours total time, 1500 hours multi-engine, 200 hours low level (preferred).
o Aircraft over 12,500 pounds.
o 1st class medical.
