The successful candidate will join the Procurement Department Catering Section under the Corporate Planning Division. He/She will support procurement executives and managers in ensuring timely execution of all procurement activities, including requirements collation, sourcing, negotiation of menu quotation prices and contract administration. Additionally, the candidate will assist procurement executives with digital initiatives, ensuring their smooth implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist procurement executives/managers in end-to-end procurement processes.
• Collaborate with business units to gather procurement requirements and specifications. Prepare and manage RFx documents and coordinate RFx events.
• Evaluate bids and proposals for award recommendation in accordance to procurement standards.
• Negotiate with service providers on menu quotation prices
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Collaborate with Business Users to resolve operational and service-level issues with service providers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline, with a strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, or facility management.
• Relevant experience in contract management, document management, or IT system implementation.
• Highly meticulous, organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Process-oriented and outcome-driven approach to work.
• Proficient in SAP modules (such as Ariba, S/4 Hana, Trip Record)  and digital tools such as SharePoint, O365, and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Familiarity with AI and a strong digital mindset to adapt and implement emerging technologies.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
