Interior Lead - Ardmore, OK

Establish work priorities and supervise a crew of technicians performing aircraft interior maintenance, repair, removal, installation, cabin finish, upholstery
and modifications. Monitors and accurately completes all required aircraft paper work to ensure a safe and timely delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.
1.Able to use FAA approved data (IPC, AMM, OHM, SRM, AD, SB, drawings) proficiently.
2.Able to perform and supervise maintenance on aircraft cabin components and systems, including but not limited to removal, installation, testing, adjustment, repair, modifications and restorations.
3.Ensures that interior modifications, maintenance and repair work is properly performed and is legibly documented.
4.Ensures the correct use of tools and equipment, including but not limited to hand tools, required to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently, properly and safely.
5.Ensures that work progress is documented on non-routine and / or routine paperwork.
6.Ensures the assigned work areas are organized to maximize capabilities.
7.Evaluate non-routine discrepancies as required.
8.Able to identify necessary parts and materials for the tasks.
9.Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredMinimum five years’ experience in aircraft maintenanceQualified to function as an Interior Technician III
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:·Maneuvers in, around, under and about equipment on a regular and continuous basis
·Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comply with OSHA standards. Exposed to high levels of noise, dust, vibration and chemical fumes
·Able to bend, twist, squat and lift
·Able to access and work in all areas of the aircraft to be worked on, including confined areas
·Able to work in extreme climatic conditions
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:Valid Drivers’ License
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum 8 years' experience working with aircraft interiors and previous supervisory experience.
