About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role involves a combination of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Youll play a vital part in ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are efficiently handled, stored, and distributed.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices.

• Check incoming materials for damage, quality, and conformity.

• Maintain accurate records of received goods and handle rejected items.

• Process quarantined parts following established guidelines.

• Prepare and maintain shipping records.

• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) is an advantage.

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow established procedures.

• A customer-focused approach with professional interaction skills.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Practical experience or training in inventory, stockroom, shipping, or similar roles.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 pounds.

• Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and assigned shifts.

• Successful completion of security and background checks.

• A valid driver’s license (for airport-based roles) and compliance with airport authority requirements.
