Responsibilities:
Process and move production materials, tools, and components between storage, production, and staging areas to support ongoing manufacturing.
Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and communicate material status using both automated systems and manual reporting methods.
Identify and resolve issues with inventory discrepancies and ensure system accuracy for production materials.
Coordinate with various departments to prioritize, expedite, and complete material movements to prevent production delays.
Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling part and material issues and supporting audits or material reviews.
Work under close supervision with clear procedural guidelines and escalation paths.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate a forklift (training provided).
Able to lift up to 35 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to SQL (Structured Query Language) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
High school diploma or GED required.
