Warehouse & Receiving Clerk

Contract Position

$23.28-$24.71/Hour

Responsibilities:

Support warehouse operations and materials flow to ensure production schedules are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Process and move production materials into/out of storage, production areas, and other locations based on standard work instructions.

• Monitor and report on work-in-process to maintain workflow visibility.

• Use automated systems and manual logs to track parts and materials availability.

• Identify and resolve basic material or part discrepancies using standard procedures.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to prioritize, expedite, and complete production tasks to avoid delays.

• Perform general warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.

• Maintain data accuracy and attention to detail in inventory transactions and material handling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, receiving clerk, or shipping/receiving role

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control

• Proficient with material tracking systems and basic math/data entry

• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments

• Hazardous materials handling experience (training available)

• Dangerous goods certification
