Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Sign for incoming packages and write up incoming units for repair work.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming units and scan all receiving documents.
- Identify proper packaging and verify part and serial numbers.
- Prepare shipments for pickup and deliveries, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Record all shipments and assist with daily inventory management.
- Manage consignment inventory and run picking reports to assist team members.
- Assist mechanics at the windows, process Yellow Tags, and receive returned parts into inventory.
- Organize the department, relocate parts, print new labels, and order supplies.
- Support other team members with their tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- High School diploma or GED.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions from manuals or documents.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform general pushing and pulling.
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

- M-F
- 7:15 am - 4 pm
- $18/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
